We’re off to the sea, to the coast of Garraf, only 100 meters from Mediterranean waters. Our 1.000 m2 nautical center will be the starting point for a watershed experience, perfect for those high temperatures.
This centre also has changing rooms and it’s located, in case you don’t know where Vilanova I La Geltrú is, only 40 minutes by bus from Barcelona and Tarragona and 15 minutes walking from the train station. What activities could your students do?
		
				
				

				

							
Example 1:
From 9am to 11:30am
Big SUP as a team nautical activity, with balance games on the giant board. It’s one of the most enjoyable combined activities to do on the Garraf coast.
Circuits and games with Paddle Surf to practice body balance on the board, working on proprioception and enjoying the sea in all its splendor.
Beach volleyball to set up a station on the sand that allows the group to engage in activity on a different playing surface, enjoying this highly popular sport.
 
Example 2:
From 11:30am to 2pm
Sailing allows us to enjoy the sea while sailing with privileged views along the coast of Vilanova i la Geltrú.
Open Kayak to get started in the world of nautical activities with a very stable and highly buoyant vessel, ensuring the safety and participation of all members of the group.
We will use the Raft boat in the sea, either to surf the waves or simply enjoy the afternoon engaging in a cooperative activity and working on coordination.
