Reservation and cancellation policy
- All prices are subject to change without prior notice.
- Cancellation of an activity up to 72 hours prior to the start of the contracted activity will incur a 5% penalty of the total amount of the booking as a cancellation fee. After this period or in the case of no-show, the penalty is 100% of the total amount with no right to a refund.
- No refunds will be made in case of no-show.
