La experiencia empieza en el parking P2 de Boí Taüll, donde el guía os recibirá y os ayudará a ajustar las raquetas y los bastones. Tras una breve explicación para aprender a caminar con seguridad sobre nieve, iniciaremos un recorrido suave por las inmediaciones de la estación.
Durante las primeras pendientes, muy progresivas, ya se aprecia la tranquilidad del entorno: laderas abiertas, bosques dispersos y vistas constantes hacia la Vall de Boí. El trazado sigue caminos amplios, sin dificultad, que permiten disfrutar del entorno sin prisas. El guía aprovechará las paradas para interpretar el paisaje, explicar curiosidades de la montaña en invierno y comentar la historia del valle y su patrimonio románico.
A medida que avanzamos, ganamos perspectiva sobre el relieve que rodea la estación. Desde algunos puntos elevados se distingue la línea de cumbres que separa la Vall de Boí del Parque Nacional de Aigüestortes i Estany de Sant Maurici. Tras un tramo final más abierto, iniciaremos el regreso por un camino cómodo que nos llevará de nuevo al punto de encuentro. Es una actividad corta, segura y perfecta para saborear la nieve en un ambiente relajado.
