BEFORE BOOKING
Once you have chosen your activity, select the day you would like to do the activity from the calendar.
You will then see the times available for that day of your activity.
Choose a time and then the adult or child tickets will appear, click on ‘Buy’ and it will be added to your basket. Follow the steps to buy online with a credit card.
Most of the experiences you will find on this page are suitable for both adults and children, although others are not.
You will find the minimum age that a person must be to do the activity in the activity details in the section ‘Who can do the activity’.
For activities suitable for children, the child price is indicated when you select the day and time of your activity. The reduced price for children is then displayed.
Once selected, you must add the activity to your basket and continue with the purchase procedure.
Some of our activities are priced per boat or vehicle and others per person.
You will find the price indicated on each ticket once you have selected the day on the calendar and the time of your activity.
Some of the activities that are priced per boat are snowmobiling, dog sledding, catamarans, sailing, paddle surfing, sea and lake kayaking, pedalos and big sup.
For these activities the price is for the number of people the boat or vehicle can accommodate, as indicated in each activity.

Approximately every year at the beginning of December before the long weekend and ends after Easter.
I ALREADY HAVE A RESERVATION
Any changes must be communicated with the minimum notice prior to the date and time of the activity indicated in the ‘Booking and cancellation policy’ section of each activity on rocroi.com.
To change the date of your booking, you must resend your booking confirmation email to booking@rocroi.com and our Booking team will make the change in accordance with the conditions of changes and cancellations of your booking.
Any changes must be communicated with the minimum notice prior to the date and time of the activity indicated in the ‘Booking and cancellation policy’ section of each activity on rocroi.com.
You must write to us at booking@rocroi.com indicating the change or modification you wish to make: number of people, day, time, etc. Our Booking team will make the change in accordance with the cancellation conditions of your booking.
Any cancellation must be communicated with the minimum notice prior to the date and time of the activity indicated in the ‘Booking and cancellation policy’ section of each activity on rocroi.com.
You must resend your confirmation email to booking@rocroi.com indicating that you would like to cancel your booking and our Booking team will make the change taking into account the cancellation conditions of your booking.
It is essential to arrive 10 minutes in advance for any activity booked on rocroi.com.
Although there are some activities where the activity details indicate a different time, usually longer.
You will find all the meeting points of the activities in each activity. And a direct link to Google Maps to facilitate your access.
Likewise, once you have made your booking, in the confirmation email you receive, you will find a downloadable voucher where you can see the exact address with the Google Maps link as well.
