Catamaran
A catamaran is a multihulled vessel with two parallel hulls of equal size. Catamarans have higher maximum speeds than monohull boats, as they are in less contact with the water. They can run in moderate as well as in extreme winds. In our activity center we have a Hobie Dragoon catamaran and a Hobie 15 catamaran. We normally use Hobie 15 catamaran for our sailing courses. It fits four people and it can also be rented out.
