Discover the exciting world of wingfoiling with our intensive three to four day course, designed to make you an independent and confident Wingfoiler. Itinerary

In this intensive 3 to 4 day course you will learn the techniques of wingfoil and how to manage your movements and your body to be able to jump into the water safely and independently. Here’s what you will do on each day of the course:

Day 1: Total Preparation

Start by mastering the equipment and the practice area. Learn to control the Wing with specific exercises, preparing you to enter the water with confidence and navigate on your board. Plus, gain safety skills.

Day 2: Sailing on the board

Immerse yourself in the water, practising sailing on your finned board. Learn how to drift, glide and make directional changes. Focus on creating traction, power and acceleration with the movement of your Wing, controlling safely and lifting easily.

Day 3: Pumping and Foil Sailing

Take on the challenge of “Pumping” and sailing on the “Foil Wing”. With our adapted method and material, you will glide and glide over the water in three simple steps, starting your enjoyment of the sport. Learn the coordination of the wing movement, create speed and keep your balance on the foil during navigation.

Day 4: Advanced Mastery and Independence

Combine and consolidate what you have learnt. From braking with the board to sailing upwind. Learn the proper body and wing position, controlling foil speed. Put your feet in the footstraps and become an independent Wing Foiler. Rent the equipment and practice on your own or access our advanced courses for more advanced techniques.

The course lasts 3 hours each day, divided into morning and afternoon. The morning timetable is at 10h45 and in the afternoon you will have to report at 15h15.
