The Tossal de Miravet is no ordinary cliff face. This is where the Pyrenees go vertical and you decide whether you dare to climb it. With iron rungs, steel cables and your hands on the rock, you ascend through three progressive sections surrounded by the peaks of the Aigüestortes National Park, with views of the Aneto and the Punta Alta.
And when you reach the top, the zip line brings you back down with a grin that is hard to shake. An experience that combines challenge, technique and landscape in a single day.

- Three progressive sections and a final zip line in the Lleida Pyrenees

FAQs
What is the difficulty level of the Tossal de Miravet via ferrata?
It is an intermediate K4 via ferrata with three progressive sections. It requires reasonable fitness and the absence of severe vertigo, but no prior technical experience is needed: the RocRoi guide explains the progression technique at the start and accompanies the group on every section. It is demanding at times, but entirely achievable for an active person.
Are there escape routes if I need to stop before finishing?
Yes. The route has escape paths that allow you to descend safely if anyone needs to leave the route due to tiredness, fear or any other reason. The guide knows all the access points and will make the most appropriate decision based on the group’s situation.
Is the activity safe if it is my first via ferrata?
Yes, provided you have normal fitness and do not suffer from intense vertigo. You will be clipped to the safety cable at all times via a certified harness and energy absorber. The RocRoi qualified guide supervises every section and adapts the pace to the group’s level.
Can teenagers or young people from age 12 take part?
Yes, from age 12 accompanied by a responsible adult. The activity is physically demanding, so the fitness of the minor is taken into account and the supervision of both the guide and the accompanying adult is always in place.
What happens if the weather conditions are bad on the day?
Safety comes first. If conditions do not allow the activity to be carried out safely, RocRoi will communicate this as early as possible and offer an alternative: a date change, an equivalent activity or a refund in accordance with the current cancellation policy.
