Reservation and cancellation policy
- All prices are subject to change without prior notice
- If, for reasons beyond the control of the client, RocRoi is forced to modify or change the previously contracted activities, or they cannot be carried out due to weather conditions on the scheduled dates and other activities have to be found, the client may or may not accept these changes. If you do not accept them, you will be entitled to a refund of 50% of the price of the activity, without having the right to any other compensation.
- In the case of cancellation by the client of the contracted service, the following procedure will be followed:
1) If the cancellation is made more than one week before the date and time scheduled for carrying out the activity, 100% of the amount paid will be paid.
2) If the cancellation is made less than a week before the date and time scheduled for the activity, you will lose 25% of the reservation.
3) If the cancellation is made within 72 hours prior to the date and time scheduled for the activity, you will lose 50% of the amount of the activity.
4) Failure to appear at the place, date and time scheduled for the start of the activity, without prior cancellation of the reservation, will mean losing the total amount paid for carrying out the activity. - The cancellation of the reservation must be in writing by communicating it by email, always specifying the personal data of the person making the cancellation.
- No refunds will be made if you do not show up for the activity.
- The responsibility for the service and its billing corresponds to the “Service Provider” according to the Conditions accepted at the time of contracting.
