Before or after this exciting experience, depending on the tides, immerse yourself in the fascinating underwater world with a snorkelling session. Explore the rich seabed of Gran Canaria and marvel at its impressive underwater formations. We’ll take you to the Taurito Caves, located in the southwest of Gran Canaria, where you can explore impressive cliffs and sea caves safely, accompanied by our team of expert guides. No refunds will be given in case of no-show.
The responsibility for the service and its invoicing corresponds to the “Service Provider” according to the Terms and Conditions accepted at the time of purchase
BY GIVING MORE THAN 15 DAYS’ NOTICE:
95% of the total amount is refunded, with a 5% handling fee.
WITH 14 to 10 DAYS NOTIFICATION:
If the booking is cancelled, a 10% handling fee will be charged.
GIVING 9 TO 5 DAYS’ NOTICE:
If the booking is cancelled, a 20% handling fee will be charged.
GIVING BETWEEN 4 DAYS AND 48 HOURS NOTICE:
If the booking is cancelled, a 50% handling fee will be charged.
GIVING LESS THAN 48 HOURS’ NOTICE OR AT THE TIME OF PRESENTATION:
Failure to show up at the place, date and time agreed on the booking form and cancellation of the activity within 24 hours prior to the activity will result in the loss of the amount paid.
GIFT CARDS OR VOUCHERS:
Gift cards/gift vouchers are non-refundable once issued. The participant/beneficiary may exchange his/her gift card/gift voucher for a reservation or place and/or modify it up to 48 hours before the event. If they do so less than 48 hours before the event, they will lose their right to a reservation and the conditions of section 5 will apply.
BY THE COMPANY:
Once the activity has started, the amount paid will not be refunded if the weather conditions or any other cause are adverse. In this case, the company will propose a change of activity or date, the cost of the personnel being borne by the contracting party.
The company reserves the right to cancel the activity if the clients have clear symptoms of suffering from any health problem or are not in good physical condition to undertake the activity without the right to any refund. The company reserves the right to cancel the activity if the clients have clear symptoms of being under the influence of alcohol or other narcotic substances without the right to any refund.
In the event that the weather conditions forecast 24 hours beforehand do not allow the activity to be carried out safely, the company will propose an alternative activity. If you are not satisfied with the alternative option or if it is not possible to carry it out, the amount paid will be refunded minus 10% of the total amount, which will be charged as a management fee.
In the event that the weather conditions forecast 24 hours beforehand do not allow the activity to be carried out in ideal conditions, a change of date or activity will be proposed to the contracting party. If this is not accepted, clause 1 of this section will NOT apply, and the contracting party will not be entitled to any refund and/or compensation.
