This course is aimed at anyone who wants to climb independently. You will learn the basics to get you started in the world of climbing.

Designed for anyone who wishes to climb independently. With this course, you will acquire all the essential knowledge to carry out sport climbing safely. You will cover and practice skills such as:- Performing the figure eight knot
- Climbing protection and leadership
- Climbing as a second and as a leader
- Setting up a belay
- Fall procedures
- Interpreting descriptions
- Difficulty levels
- Safety rules
Included in the price
- Includes transport from Monistrol de Montserrat.
- It includes the collective and particular material (harness, climbing jacks and helmet) in case you don't have your own material.
- Includes guide with languages: Spanish, Catalan and English.
- Civil liability and accident insurance.

- Intermediate level. Suitable for people from 14 years old.

- Comfortable and seasonally appropriate clothing.

- It is essential not to be afraid of heights.
- Minimum age for the activity: 14 years old, always accompanied by a responsible adult.
- Minimum age unaccompanied: 18 years old
