Tena Valley: #sleepinthesnow pack with night and day activities

• The responsibility for the service and its billing corresponds to the “Service Provider” according to the Conditions accepted at the time of contracting.
• In order to pay for an activity, you must cancel it at least 7 days before doing it.
• If communication from the client occurs between 7 and 3 days before the day of the activity, €10 will be charged for management costs.
• If communication from the client occurs 72 hours or less before the day of the activity, no refunds are made, only exchanges.

On behalf of the organizing company:

• Activities subject to weather conditions. RocRoi reserves the right to modify the program if for reasons beyond its control and for security reasons it is forced to do so.
• The indicated times to be reserved may be modified depending on capacity and internal organization of the programs. The most common cases would be:
  • Meteorological causes. There may be cases of cancellation due to bad weather. Check conditions
  • The minimum participants are not met. In that case, the reservations are grouped into the same schedule to be defined by the company.
  • Priority for natural groups and large groups (events). Individual reservations will be moved to times/dates with availability.
  • Coincidence of schedules with routes with food. In that case, reservations without food will be moved to times with availability.
  • Adaptation of the circuits. After heavy snowfalls we need time to work internally preparing the circuits through which our routes run. This may mean a delay in the day’s agenda or even cancellation of the reservation. Check conditions
  • Reviews or mechanical failures. We operate with motor vehicles that may require specific maintenance or a mechanical breakdown that must be repaired, which may mean a decrease in the available fleet.
  • In the event of making any adjustment to the schedule or modification of your contracted reservation;
  • You will be notified as much in advance as possible.
