• The departure will take place only if the minimum of 8 places available for the day of departure is met.
• In case of cancellation due to lack of registration or due to having full capacity, the gift voucher can be used for a later outing or exchanged for another activity. In no case will the amount paid be refunded.
• If the client does not show up for the departure on the contracted date, it will be considered a cancellation by the client, so there is no right to relocation to another departure, nor to the refund of any amount paid.
• RocRoi reserves the right to cancel the reservation if payment has not been received in full and in a timely manner.
• Once the date of the activity is confirmed through our customer service team, the date cannot be changed and the gift voucher will be deemed to have been consumed. Any change of date after the fact will result in the purchase of a new gift voucher.
• If the client gets another person to take his place, that person would take his place without any type of penalty.

Cancellation of the departure due to weather conditions or force majeure

• Departures are subject to weather conditions. RocRoi reserves the right to cancel any departure, prior to or during the same, for reasons of force majeure due to: adverse weather conditions, unavailability of the boat, engine failure or any failure of the boat that makes the trip dangerous, unsafe or impossible, as well as those circumstances beyond the control of the company.
• In the event of cancellation of the trip due to weather conditions, clients will be informed at the earliest forty-eight (48) hours prior to departure, and cancellations may be made on the day of departure or even on the boat. In the event of cancellation of the departure due to force majeure, customers will be informed as soon as the company becomes aware of the causes of force majeure.
• In the event of cancellation due to weather conditions, the company will offer alternative dates to carry out the activity within one year from the date on which the booking was confirmed. It is the client’s responsibility to accept any of the alternatives. Once the annual period has elapsed, the booking will be forfeited and there will be no right to a refund of the amount paid.
• In case of cancellation of the departure due to force majeure, the company reserves the right to decide to refund the amount paid or relocate the clients.
• In any case, the company does not accept any related claims, such as flight costs, travel costs, hotel costs, board and lodging costs or any other costs incurred by the client in order to carry out the cancelled trip or any subsequent costs incurred by the client.

The responsibility for the service and its invoicing is the responsibility of the “Service Provider” according to the Conditions accepted at the time of contracting.
