No. The Medes Islands are a Strict Nature Reserve and landing is strictly prohibited in order to protect the land ecosystem and nesting birds. The experience involves circumnavigating the islands by kayak, hugging the cliffs and sea caves from the water.
Does the kayak excursion include snorkelling?
Yes. Strategic stops are made during the route to snorkel at high-biodiversity spots in the marine reserve. It is recommended to bring your own snorkel mask; the guide indicates the best spots depending on the day’s conditions.
From what age can children participate?
