The experience begins at the Boí Taüll Mountain Resort, one of the areas in the Pyrenees with the best snow conditions thanks to its high altitude. After meeting your guide, you’ll embark on a 2-hour snowshoe hike, following a gentle and accessible route that allows you to enjoy the winter landscape without any technical difficulty. During the hike, your guide will share interesting facts about the surrounding area, the mountains in winter, and the historical relationship of this region with snow.

After the snowshoe hike, the most creative and fun part of the day begins: building an igloo. For approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes, you’ll learn how to build these traditional snow structures used by Arctic cultures, adapted here as a fun and interactive activity. Working together, you’ll discover how to cut blocks, fit them together, and shape your own winter shelter.

The activity takes place in a privileged setting, very close to the Aigüestortes National Park and in the heart of the Vall de Boí, an area known not only for its landscape but also for its exceptional Romanesque heritage, declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO. A complete experience that combines nature, culture, play, and teamwork.
