Itinerary

The canyoning activity in the Cabriel river has a duration of 4 hours, depending on the pace of the group.

The meeting point is the hostel Hoces del Cabriel. From there you will follow the company van with your own vehicle to the beginning of the descent. Where our guides will give you the necessary equipment for the activity: wetsuit, helmet, vest, shovel and raft. which may vary depending on the level of difficulty and the flow of the river. They will also give you a talk on paddling technique, safety rules and how the activity works.

The most frequented stretch is the Tamayo, which is about 8 km long and is ideal for beginners and non-beginners. In this stretch you will find rapids, currents and calm areas where you can swim and have fun.

During the descent, you will go in an inflatable raft with capacity for 6 or 8 people, depending on the size of the group. A professional instructor will be with you at all times and will give you the necessary indications so that you feel safe and have a great time.

You will be able to admire the natural landscape of the Hoces del Cabriel, a natural park declared a Biosphere Reserve by UNESCO. At the end of the descent, we will pick you up and take you back to the lodge, where you can shower and change clothes.

Reservation and cancellation policy

All prices are subject to change without prior notice.
The customer will pay the management fees, cancellation fees if any, and a penalty consisting of 5% of the total amount of the trip if the cancellation occurs more than 10 and less than 15 days before the date of commencement of the trip. 15% between days 3 and 10. 25% within 48 hours prior to departure.
In case of no-show, the consumer is obliged to pay 100% of the total amount, paying any outstanding amounts unless otherwise agreed between the parties.
In case the trip was subject to conditions such as special rates (Easter, end of year, long weekends) cancellation fees for cancellation will be established in accordance with the agreed conditions, being a penalty of 100% in cancellations less than 15 days before the start of the trip.
The responsibility of the service and its invoicing corresponds to the “Lender of the Service” according to the Conditions accepted at the moment of the contracting.
