Families: four progressive adventures from a single base — rafting, canyoning, rock and kayak — suitable from age 8 with an adult and adapted to every group’s pace. Watching the kids conquer Tossal de Miravet and point out the ruins of Aulet from the kayak is the long-weekend plan that stays with you for years.
Couples with children: one base, four different settings and logistics handled by the Booking team. Time goes on enjoying, not planning.

- Full technical equipment per discipline: wetsuit, CE-approved helmet, buoyancy aid, harness, energy-absorbing lanyard, neoprene socks, paddle and kayak / raft as required

What to bring – Family Pack Pont de Suert
For your comfort and safety, we recommend you bring:
- Swimsuit and towel
- Rash vest or thermal top for water days (worn under the wetsuit)
- Closed sports shoes that can get wet, with good grip and laces (no flip-flops or open footwear)
- Hiking or approach shoes with grippy soles for the via ferrata
- Spare clothes and a dry change for after each activity
- Sun cream, sunglasses and lip protection
- Small daypack with water and a picnic-style snack
- Glasses strap for anyone who needs one
What to bring
Practical details – Family Pack Pont de Suert
Discovery + Beginner level pack: no activity requires previous experience, but it does involve active days over 4 days. You must be able to swim. The K2-K3 via ferrata on Tossal de Miravet sets the minimum age for the whole pack.
- Minimum age: 8 years old with a responsible accompanying adult / 18 years old without an accompanying adult.
- Total duration: 4 days, one activity per day (2–4 h per day); option to combine two activities on the same date by noting it in the booking observations.
- Fitness level: you must be able to swim. Not recommended for pregnant women on the rafting, or for people with serious heart conditions or severe vertigo on the via ferrata. Not accessible for wheelchair users.
- Approach: come ready to enjoy it as a family, listen to your guide and experience the Pyrenees at your own pace. You do not need to be an athlete — you just need to want to live it.

How are the 4 days organised and who arranges the itinerary?
The pack is designed as one activity per day over four days, ideal for a long weekend or a week’s holiday. After booking, the RocRoi Booking team will contact you to confirm the schedule based on family preferences, ages and daily conditions. The order may vary for organisational reasons and will be communicated in advance.
Can we fit two activities into the same day?
Yes, provided logistics and conditions allow it. Note it in your booking observations (for example, Río Blanco canyon in the morning and via ferrata in the afternoon) and the centre will confirm feasibility before finalising the itinerary.
From what age can children take part?
The minimum age for the full pack is 8 years old with an accompanying adult, set by the Tossal de Miravet via ferrata. The other activities accept younger children if booked separately. Under-18s must always be accompanied by a responsible adult.
Is previous experience required for any of the 4 activities?
No. All 4 activities are at Discovery or Beginner level, with full briefing, certified equipment and a qualified guide. The pack is designed as a first introduction to each discipline.
Are accommodation and meals included?
No. The pack includes all 4 guided activities with full technical equipment and insurance, but not accommodation or meals. The team can recommend family-friendly accommodation in Pont de Suert and the Vall de Boí.
