No refunds will be given once the activity has been booked.
Changes to the booking must be communicated 72 hours before the day of the activity.
The flight can be transferred to another person.
The activity can be postponed for up to 1 year from the date of purchase of the activity, after one year the reservation is lost.
The pilot can cancel the scheduled activity at any time if the weather conditions are, in his opinion, not suitable for the development of the activity. In case of cancellation, a new e-Mail must be sent to reserve a new date.
No refunds will be given in case of no-show.
