Reservation and cancellation policy

All prices are subject to change without prior notice.
In the case of bicycle reservations, if the cancellation is made more than 48 hours in advance, no charge will be made and the establishment may proceed to refund the amount paid or change the date of the reservation.
If the cancellation is made with less than 48 hours notice, the establishment will be entitled to charge the amount paid as a deposit.
If the client decides to cancel their departure by bicycle for reasons beyond the company’s control, the company reserves the right to charge the amount paid as a deposit.
No refunds will be made in the event of a no-show.
The responsibility for the service and its invoicing lies solely with the “Service Provider” according to the Terms and Conditions accepted at the time of purchase.
