No refunds will be issued in case of non-attendance to the activity.
The responsibility for the service and its billing lies with the ‘Service Provider’ as per the accepted Conditions at the time of booking.
No cancellations or refunds are issued for purchased tickets unless due to duly justified or documented reasons of force majeure.
Date changes for reasons beyond our control can be made free of charge or loss up to 3 days before the activity. After that, the date change will be charged 50% of the ticket price, unless the date change is due to duly documented reasons of force majeure, in which case, we will hold 100% of the ticket price on deposit for 3 months.
Date changes are not permitted if requested on the day of the activity.
