100% of the amount will be refunded within 8 days before the activity as long as the client justifies with a supporting document the impossibility of attending the activity.
No-show: the customer must pay 100% of the booking amount.
Cancellation due to weather or safety: an alternative, rescheduling or full refund will be offered.
Unjustified cancellation: 50% will not be refunded if cancelled within the previous 7 days, nor 100% within the previous 24 hours.
The company will suspend the activity if alcohol or drug consumption is detected.
