Reservation and cancellation policy
- All prices are subject to change without notice
- No refunds will be given in case of no-show.
- The responsibility for the service and its invoicing corresponds to the “Service Provider” according to the Terms and Conditions accepted at the time of purchase
- In the event that the participant cancels his/her participation in the activity, he/she will be reimbursed in the following way:
- 100% refund when the cancellation is communicated ten days before the activity takes place.
- 50% refund when the cancellation is made between the 9th and 4th day before the activity takes place.
- 0% refund of the amount paid when the cancellation occurs between the fourth and the same day of the activity.
- If 30 minutes before the scheduled time at a meeting point for an activity and if the client does not give notice of the delay, the company will abandon the meeting point and the amount of the reservation will not be paid. Likewise, in the event of delay with notice, the company will shorten the course of the activity proportionally if the activity allows it.
- In the event that the weather conditions on the day of the activity pose a danger to the safety of the participants, the activity will be postponed to another date at the proposal of the company or the client, giving the option to exchange the activity for another one or to be reimbursed 75% of the cost of the activity.
- Any modification or suspension of the activity once it has started due to causes beyond the organisation’s control will not imply the reimbursement of any amount or the substitution of the activity, so we will try to start the activity in the most favourable conditions possible.
- The company will not be responsible for the provisioning of the participants, except for the activities that indicate the contrary.
