Andorra: 2-hour Snowshoeing Excursion to the Tristaina Solar Viewpoint – Ordino Arcalís

Once at the Ordino-Arcalis station, you can park your vehicle for free in the station parking lot. We recommend leaving your backpacks or clothing you don”t need in your car.

Go to the station counter close to the parking lot. There, you will need to show your booking for the Rocroi activity to get your free pedestrian pass, which will give you access to the gondola. If you don”t have the activity previously booked, there is also the possibility to buy all kinds of RocRoi activities at the ticket offices of the station.

The cable car will take you to the La Coma area, where you will find our centre located opposite the restaurant. Once in our offices, our team will explain how the activity works, the safety rules and the itinerary of the excursion.

Once equipped, we will climb with the Creussants chairlift (2625 meters above sea level) and walk quietly along the summit towards the Mirador Solar de Tristaina. Here we will contemplate one of the most beautiful panoramic views of the Pyrenees. After enjoying the scenery, we will come back for a walk to the Creussants chairlift.

Then you will start the adventure of building your own igloo! Then we will show you the tools and techniques to build an igloo. A fun and entertaining activity even for the little ones!

During the tour, you will live an exciting experience on a stretch where we will use harnesses for greater comfort and safety, as the terrain slopes. At this point, one of the most impressive panoramic views of the Pyrenees awaits you. After enjoying the landscape, we will walk back quietly to the Creussants chairlift.
