Experience one of the wildest rafting runs in Europe on the Ara River, the last free-flowing river in the Pyrenees. From the charming village of Torla to Broto, in the heart of Ordesa and Monte Perdido National Park (Huesca, Aragon), enjoy 3 hours of adrenaline-packed action through class IV rapids, alpine landscapes and untamed nature. A technical, intense and spectacular experience, perfect for adventurous people in good physical shape. Fully guided with all technical gear included.

The activity is subject to the river flow, which cannot be guaranteed until 24 hours in advance. You must contact us 24 hours before the day of the activity to confirm this information.

Itinerary del descenso en Ara

Welcome in Torla and safety briefing
Meeting point in Torla (Huesca). Equipment hand-out (neoprene suit, helmet, life jacket…) and full briefing by certified guides.
Transfer to the starting point
Transfer by vehicle + short walk to the river. Introduction to rafting techniques and safety procedures.
Start of the descent
Navigate thrilling class IV rapids surrounded by stunning Ordesa National Park scenery. Intense and rewarding ride.
Highlights of the route
Paddle through iconic spots like “Paso del Arco” and “El Corralé”, combining adrenaline and wild beauty.
Arrival in Broto and end of activity
After about 3 hours on the river, finish in Broto. Time to dry off, relax and share the experience.

Included in the price

Transport from the centre to the start of the activity and from the end of the activity back to the centre.
Certified guides with language skills.
Equipment: paddle, helmet, life jacket, wetsuit, raincoat, neoprene socks, neoprene boots.
Civil liability and accident insurance.

Reservation and cancellation policy

All prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Cancellations more than 10 days in advance:
The customer may cancel without penalty and will receive a full refund of the amounts paid.
Cancellations between 10 and 5 days before the activity:
A penalty of 15% of the total amount of the booking will be applied.
Cancellations less than 5 days in advance:
A penalty of 25% of the total amount of the booking will be applied.
No-show:
Failure to show up on the date and time booked will result in the payment of 100% of the activity, with no right to a refund.
The responsibility for the service and its invoicing lies solely with the “Service Provider” according to the Terms and Conditions accepted at the time of purchase.
