Itinerary

The tour starts at the Miravet boat crossing, a picturesque spot in a village with an impressive medieval castle overlooking the river Ebro. From there, you’ll take your kayak out onto the river, navigating the calm waters of the Ebro River. The landscape surrounding the river is marked by the lush vegetation and the mountains that rise on either side.

On the way down, you can enjoy the serenity of the river as the mountains leave you in a secluded environment. You will be able to observe a multitude of birds such as eagles, kingfishers, kingfishers, herons, as well as other animals such as fish. Besides, the current of the river helps to make less physical effort.

The journey to Benifallet is approximately 12 kilometres, and can be done in about 2-3 hours, depending on your pace and the stops you make along the way. As you go down the river, you will pass through a variety of landscapes until you reach Benifallet, a village that preserves its rural character and offers a good variety of services and accommodation.
