Reservation and cancellation policy

No refunds on bookings or gift vouchers are possible.
The flight activity is subject to weather conditions. Both the possibility of flying and the area where it will take place depend on the weather on that day. You must contact us 24 hours in advance to know the weather conditions.
The tandem flight or gift voucher can be transferred to another person under these conditions:
- The validity of gift vouchers can be extended for reasons of work, travel, pregnancy, etc. To do so, the customer must give at least 7 days’ notice in order to agree on a new validity date.
- If the client cancels the activity less than 48 hours in advance or does not show up at the time and date agreed for the service, the contracted service will not be provided, with no possibility of extending the date, except in the case of demonstrable force majeure or agreement between the parties to the contrary.
- If the flight cannot be made due to weather conditions, the duration of the reservation will be extended and a new flight date will be agreed upon.
No refunds will be given in case of no-show.
The responsibility for the service and its invoicing corresponds to the “Service Provider” according to the Terms and Conditions accepted at the time of purchase

What to bring

Boots or hiking shoes suitable for the flight.
Long trousers and windbreaker.
Drinking water.
It is recommended not to eat too much before the flight.

Who can perform this activity

The implementation of the activities is subject to the professional judgement of the technicians in charge.
Minimum age for the activity: 6 years old with written authorisation signed by their legal guardians.
Minimum age unaccompanied: 18 years
Not suitable for pregnant women.
Not suitable for persons weighing more than 105kg.
