Stand up paddleboarding is an ancient way of gliding on water standing on a board and paddling. It has recently become an increasingly trendy water sport. Only one person can be on the board. This activity is without instructor and it takes place in a privileged setting.

Itinerary

You can check out how to get to our ROCROI activity centre and the arrival time on the booking confirmation. However, you can also find all this information on our website. Once you arrive to our activity centre, feel free to park your vehicle in our carpark completely free of charge.

Please head to our office with your booking confirmation. The person at the reception desk will confirm your booking and will give you the necessary instructions before you start the activity. We recommend that you leave all unnecessary belongings in your vehicle.

As soon as you are set, you will be ready to go to the lake.

The activity takes place on our base of La Guingueta, next to the village. It is a unique setting in the Natural Park of the High Pyrenees (PNAP) and just a few minutes from the National Park of Aigüestortes and Lake of Sant Maurici.

Our guides will give you all the necessary equipment and will give you the first instructions and explanations to manipulate the stand up paddle. A first “row” will be made out of the water.
