Paddle surfing is the ideal way to enjoy the beach when the waves aren’t there. If you are looking to soak up the sun, connect with the ocean, recharge your batteries and free yourself from the stresses of everyday life, you have found your perfect sport! And, what better way to learn how to paddle surf than in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria?

Originally from Hawaii, stand up paddle surfing (SUP) emerged as a training alternative for Hawaiian surfers in the absence of waves. It consists of standing on a surfboard and moving with canoe paddles.

As paddle surfing is very weather dependent, you will explore the north coast of Gran Canaria in search of the beaches with the best conditions. In this region, you will find natural bays sheltered from the wind and waves, with crystal clear waters and breathtaking scenery.
