Itinerary
Included in the price
- Transportation from the center to the starting point of the activity and from the end of the activity back to the center.
- Certified guides who speak multiple languages.
- Equipment: paddle, helmet, life jacket, wetsuit, neoprene socks.
- Liability and accident insurance coverage.
Reservation and cancellation policy
- All prices are subject to change without prior notice.
- For changes to the reservation, please provide a minimum of 72 hours’ notice. In the event of being notified with less time, we do not guarantee the ability to modify the reservation due to availability issues.
- The customer may cancel the contracted services and is entitled to a refund of the amounts paid, with a penalty as follows:
• 50% if canceled between 4 and 15 days prior to the activity
• 100% if canceled within 3 days prior to the activity - The responsibility for the service and its billing lies with the “Service Provider” according to the accepted conditions at the time of contracting.
