Reservation and cancellation policy

All prices are subject to change without notice.
Cancellations:
- Cancellation 10 or more days before the start of the activity: 100% refund of the amount of the booking confirmation.
- Cancellation between 9 and 4 days before the start of the activity: penalty of 50% of the amount of the booking confirmation.
- Cancellation 72 hours before the start of the activity or no-show: penalty of 100% of the amount of the booking confirmation, which cannot be exchanged or changed for another activity or other dates.
No refunds will be made in case of no-show.
The company may cancel the activity for reasons of weather, safety or minimum number of people registered. In these cases, the company will postpone the activity to another date or refund the price paid in full.
The responsibility for the service and its invoicing corresponds to the “Lender of the Service” according to the Conditions accepted at the time of contracting.
