Itinerary

Get ready for a 5km paddling adventure in the stunning Istan Lake Nature Reserve. The activity starts at the private jetty, where our guides will give you your equipment: canoe or kayak, paddle, life jacket and waterproof backpack. After a brief explanation of basic paddling and safety techniques, you will start the tour on the crystal clear waters of the lake.

You’ll paddle past spectacular rock formations, through thrilling rapids and finally reach an impressive waterfall, where you’ll stop for a swim and relax.

You will then walk along the shore of the lake, admiring the lush Mediterranean vegetation. You may spot ospreys and other birds flying over this oasis of peace. You will end the tour back at the pier, having enjoyed the breathtaking scenery of this protected natural area.

Cancellations more than 78h in advance, a charge of 50% of the total amount will be applied.

Who can perform this activity

Minimum age with adults always accompanied: 5 years old.
Age to be able to do the activity without responsible adult: 14 years old.
People with mild to moderate physical disabilities. It is necessary to have sufficient autonomy and mobility to get on/off the boat.
It is essential to know how to swim. It is not essential to have a high level, but you must feel comfortable in the water.
Follow the safety instructions provided by the guides.
Advanced physical condition is not necessary. Anyone in normal physical shape can do this low-medium difficulty tour without any problems.
