- Kayak Level 1 – Discovery activity, designed for people with no previous experience who want to start whitewater kayaking safely.
- Minimum age without an accompanying adult: 15 years old
- Minimum age with an accompanying adult: 8 years old
- Total duration: 2 hours
- Approximate total time: 2.5 hours including briefing
- Requirements: ability to swim and basic physical condition; please inform us of any relevant medical condition in advance
- Attitude: open mind, willingness to learn and to enjoy the process
