The flight crew will pick you up from your accommodation to the take-off area. The pick-up time will be agreed in the call 24h before the day of the activity. The balloon pilot will decide the most suitable take-off so that you can enjoy the balloon flight over Segovia with the best views of the city.

From the moment the balloon begins to rise, you will feel the thrill and adrenaline as you prepare for a journey that will take you through the sky over Segovia’s most emblematic places. As the balloon gently rises, you will have the opportunity to view the imposing Segovia Cathedral, with its unique Gothic architecture and impressive detailing.

No refunds will be given once the activity has been booked.
Changes to the booking must be communicated 72 hours before the day of the activity.
The flight can be transferred to another person.
The activity can be postponed for up to 1 year from the date of purchase of the activity, after one year the reservation is lost.
The pilot may cancel the scheduled activity at any time if the weather conditions are, in the pilot’s opinion, not suitable for the activity to take place. In case of cancellation you must send a new e-Mail to reserve a new date.
No refunds will be given in case of no-show.
The responsibility for the service and its invoicing corresponds to the “Service Provider” according to the Terms and Conditions accepted at the time of purchase
