Reservation and cancellation policy
- The responsibility for the service and its invoicing corresponds to the “Service Lender” according to the Conditions accepted at the time of contracting the service.
- In order to be able to pay for an activity, it must be cancelled at least 7 days before the activity is due to take place.
- If the communication by the client takes place between 7 and 3 days before the day of the activity, a 10⏠administration fee will be charged.
- If the communication from the client is made 72 hours or less before the day of the activity, no refunds will be made, only changes.
By the organising company:
- All activities are subject to weather conditions, and RocRoi reserves the right to modify the programme if, due to circumstances beyond our control and for safety reasons, it finds it necessary to do so.
- In the event of cancellation due to weather conditions, a full refund will be made.
- Punctuality: We recommend that you arrive at the meeting point at least 5 minutes before the scheduled time. We remind you that on public holidays there may be traffic congestion on the A-136 road, so we suggest leaving well in advance to avoid delays. In addition, we stress the importance of carrying chains or winter tyres when travelling to the mountains in the winter season.
- For activities lasting more than 1 hour, it is recommended to bring a small backpack with water and an energy snack.
- Failure to arrive at the meeting point at the agreed time will result in the cancellation of the booking without refund.

- Must be 21 years old and have held a driving licence for 2 years.
- The activities are subject to the professional judgement of the technicians in charge.
