This year, at RocRoi we have new summer camps. They will take place in the Aran Valley, in the Pyrenees. Three different shifts will be offered.
The program consists of combining technological activities with exciting adventure sports, providing an enriching and fun experience.
Camp Details
Location:
The camp will be held in the picturesque village of Les. This holiday resort, located at the foot of the Garonne River and surrounded by the majestic Pyrenees mountains, offers comfortable bungalows, a swimming pool, sports fields and an adventure park with zip lines and Tibetan bridges.
Dates:
First shift: June 30 to July 7.
Second shift: July 7 to 14
Third shift: July 14 to 21
Technological Programs
1. Genius Area (9 to 11 years old):
The youngest children will be able to enter the fascinating world of robotics with the Inventor Lab project. Here, they will learn to program the Crowbot Bolt robot, design 3D parts to customize their robot and explore the programming of RGB LEDs. They will also participate in sumo tournaments, circuits and sports olympics with Micro sensors. This area encourages creativity, logical thinking and problem solving.
2. Explorer Area (12 years and older) offers two types of campuses for older students:
– Robotics with Artificial Intelligence: participants will work with the MARK robot, programming it in Python to perform autonomous tasks and using AI for autonomous driving and interaction with the environment.
– Video Game Development with Unity: In this workshop, young people will learn to develop 2D and 3D video games using the Unity platform. This campus is ideal for those interested in video game development and advanced programming.
Adventure Activities.
In addition to technological activities, all camps include a variety of adventure sports to take advantage of the natural environment of Valle de Arán:
Rafting on the Garonne River: An exciting activity that requires no previous experience.
Tyrolean traverse and Tibetan bridges: Excitement and adrenaline guaranteed in a safe and supervised environment.
Canyoning and via ferrata: Combine swimming, caving and climbing in a unique activity.
Tactical laser tag, archery and orienteering: Team fun and activities that promote teamwork and strategy.

The camp offers transportation services from several major cities:
Barcelona: 70€ each way
Bilbao or San Sebastian: 80€ one way
Lleida: 40€ each way
