What activity do I choose if I want maximum adrenaline?
From more to less adrenaline we can classify snow activities in this order:
Night activities
Did you know that you can practice snowmobiling or night mushing?
In RocRoi Grandvalira we make night departures from 18h when the sun has already fallen only with the moonlight illuminating the mountains. It is a unique sensation when the light of the stars and the moon reflects the snowy mountains, sometimes it seems daytime!
You can also choose to choose the activity between 4pm and 6pm to enjoy the most beautiful sunsets throughout the Pyrenees.
Snowmobile
Snowmobiles are one of the most adrenaline star activities in the center. We recommend choosing the 60min double snowmobile route. The route passes between the forests of the peaks and lakes of Grau-Roig, one of the most beautiful places in Andorra. You will enjoy the beauty of the snowy trees and the whitewashed mountains of Grandvalira.
Mushing
Get carried away by our dog sleds among the white meadows full of snow while you feel the cold wind of the Pyrenees on your cheeks. The musher will explain the landscapes that you go through and you will be able to photograph and record your experience throughout the tour. Remember that you can share this experience with someone else, since the sled fits 2 adults.
If you choose the 2km route, the approximate duration of the journey is 15 minutes.
Tubing
A giant donut full of air + lots of snow + your desire to have a great time = snowtubing lovers! Practice sledding in donut with this modality sliding down the snowiest slopes of Grandvalira.
Archery
Test your aim with archery in the snow! We leave you all the material, yes, we must aim well at the target!
Snow rackets
Another of our star activities at our Andorra activity center is the snowshoe excursion through the forests and peaks of Grau – Roig. We recommend you choose the 2-hour excursion to fully enjoy all the landscapes. The guide will show you the most photogenic spots in the area and you can stop to take pictures and videos.
Construction of an igloo
This is the ideal activity to do with children: build an authentic igloo and when he finishes the little ones will be able to enter inside and take photos as funny as this one. Although, everything depends on the size of the igloo, maybe even, you can enter.
