Friday, June 23rd: Tour Menorca at your own pace and enjoy the night of San Juan.

 

Morning: Swimming in the crystalline coves of the southwest.

Start today with a good breakfast. You can do it in the hotel where you are staying, or in any cafeteria near it.

Now, we propose you to move towards the calas of the southwest of Menorca, like cala Macarella or cala Mitjana, to enjoy a bath in its crystalline waters. You can arrive by taxi (this is the most expensive option, it will cost you between 21-27€) or take bus 68, and in 25 minutes you will be at the destination for only 3€. We advise you to bring everything you need to spend the morning outside the hotel, do not forget sunscreen, water, snacks and camera …. you won’t want to leave without taking pictures in these coves!

Afternoon: E-Bike rental

12:30/13p.m is a good time to go to the Café Restaurant Es Bruc, in Santo Tomås beach, this is an ideal place to have lunch near the beach, with Mediterranean dishes and sea views.

After lunch, you can rent E-Bikes to explore Menorca in a sustainable way and at your own pace, without depending on public transport. We recommend renting them for every day you are on the island.

Night: Celebration of the Night of San Juan in Ciutadella.

Dine out at a local restaurant. Café Balear, located in the port of Ciutadella, is known for its fresh seafood and fish dishes. After dinner, you should attend around 10 pm for the start of the Midsummer celebrations with fireworks. Afterwards there will be party music in the streets, you will be able to enjoy the music, the atmosphere and you will not stop dancing.

Saturday, June 24: Adventure and Culture

 

Morning: Guided 2h Transparent Kayak Tour

For today, you have to recharge your batteries, have a good breakfast at the hotel.

Then, head to Port d’Addaia, where you will carry out an activity: Guided route in transparent kayak, you will be able to observe the marine life and you will surely love it!

Midday: Exploration of Cala Galdana

After the kayaking activity, with your e-bike, you will make the transfer to cala Galdana to enjoy its beach and surroundings.

You will have lunch at a local restaurant such as el Mirador, which offers spectacular views of cala Galdana and an excellent selection of Mediterranean dishes.

Afternoon: Hiking and a visit to the Sanctuary of Monte Toro.

When you have rested for lunch, it will be time for a transfer to Monte Toro, the highest point of Menorca, for a hike and visit to the Sanctuary. This time, we recommend you to load your e-bike to the bus 51, which will take you to Monte Toro in half an hour and for little money.

When you finish the visit, you will take another bus towards MahĂłn. You will have another 30′ ride for 3€. We recommend you to hire a free tour in this city to know its history and most emblematic places.

Night: Stroll around MahĂłn

After the guided tour, you can have dinner in a restaurant located in the port of Mahon, considered one of the best natural harbors in the world. The Way restaurant is a modern place with a mix of Mediterranean and Asian cuisine. Perfect for a special dinner in this beautiful place.

Sunday, June 25th: More Adventure and Farewell

Morning: 4h excursion by boat, snorkel and jet ski.

Today you will have to get up early as you will have 1h. and 30′ to your first destination. As every morning, you will have to have an energetic breakfast to face the day.

You will have to change buses to Fornells, where you will start the excursion by boat, snorkel and jet ski to explore the north coast of Menorca during 4 hours. The bus lines are 01 from Ciudadela to Alayor and 41 from Alayor to Fornells.

At the end of the activity, you can have lunch in a restaurant near the beach, for example es Grau restaurant, a cozy place to enjoy local dishes and fresh seafood near the beach.

Afternoon: Visit the Necropolis of Cala Morell

Transfer to Ciudadela, stop by the hotel, take a shower and now with the e-bikes you head to cala Morell to visit its necropolis, one of the most important in Menorca.

Night: Admire the sunset from Faro Nati lighthouse.

Take a walk around this place and get close to Faro Nati lighthouse to enjoy the sunset.
Have dinner at a local restaurant Rels Restaurant, an elegant place with a gastronomic proposal of modern Menorcan cuisine, ideal for a last dinner on the island. And after dinner, enjoy the free time you have left to do a last night exploration either in this area or closer to the hotel.

Monday June 26th: Farewell to Menorca

 

Morning: Check out and shopping:

Have breakfast at the hotel. After, go shopping for typical souvenirs such as sobrasada menorquina, cheeses, ensaimadas and abarcas typical of the island.

Go to the airport and end your stay in menorca.
