The Big SUP is the XL paddleboard on Lake Torrassa, built for groups of 4 to 10 who want a shared activity with no complicated technique, on the still waters of the Parc Natural de l'Alt Pirineu.

What the experience feels like
Families (minimum 4): a plan for the whole family with children from age 10 on the same board. The fun is in coordinating between parents, children and uncles on the calm surface of Lake Torrassa.
Groups of friends: the most social water activity in the Pallars Sobirà. Up to 10 people on the same XL board, collective laughter guaranteed from the first metres. The star plan for birthdays, hen and stag dos and groups booking a day in the Alt Pirineu.

Practical details – Big SUP Lake Torrassa
Discovery level: suitable for everyone with no previous experience. Swimming ability is essential. The stability of the XL board and the absence of current allow you to enjoy it from the very first minute.
- Minimum age: 10 with an accompanying adult / 18 unaccompanied.
- Duration: 30 minutes, 1 hour or 2 hours, chosen at booking.
- Capacity: minimum 4, maximum 10 per board. Group booking only.
- Fitness: swimming ability is compulsory. Not recommended for pregnant women. Children must always be accompanied.
- Attitude: eagerness to paddle as a team, laugh together and enjoy the Pyrenees as a group.

How many people can get on at once?
The Big SUP board is designed for groups of 4 to 10. Minimum 4 to book, maximum 10 for safety and space on board. If your group is larger, you can book several XL boards in parallel.
Is it hard to keep your balance on such a large board?
Because it is a high-volume board, it is very stable. The fun lies in coordinating with the rest of the group while paddling, not in individual balance. The first few minutes always involve a bit of chaos and the odd fall — that is part of the fun.
What is the minimum age to get on the board?
10 with an accompanying adult. Under-18s must always have a responsible adult on board. The board is designed for mixed groups of adults and children from that age.
Is it a good activity for team building or celebrations?
Highly recommended. The group format on the same board forces you to coordinate, break the ice and laugh together. It works perfectly for corporate groups, birthdays, hen and stag dos and family gatherings.
What if there are fewer than 4 of us?
The Big SUP is a group booking with a minimum of 4. If you are 2 or 3, the recommended option is individual paddleboards or kayaks on the same lake. Both activities share the same meeting point.
