Reservation and cancellation policy
- All prices are subject to change without prior notice.
- The customer will pay the management fees, cancellation fees if any, and a penalty consisting of 5% of the total amount of the trip if the cancellation occurs more than 10 and less than 15 days before the date of commencement of the trip. 15% between days 3 and 10. 25% within 48 hours prior to departure.
- In the event of a no-show, the consumer is obliged to pay 100% of the total amount, paying any outstanding amounts unless otherwise agreed between the parties.
- In the event that the trip is subject to conditions such as special rates (Easter, end of year, long weekends), cancellation fees for cancellation will be established in accordance with the agreed conditions, with a 100% penalty for cancellations less than 15 days before the start of the trip.
- The responsibility for the service and its invoicing corresponds to the “Lender of the Service” according to the Conditions accepted at the time of contracting.
